If in as good of a shape as advertised, the $110 asking price is actually quite reasonable...given how rare this sort of a thing is!

I was ready to jump on that, but I contacted the seller, and it is just the gasket, no "chrome" locking strip. So, I passed. I could use that "chrome" locking strip as mine is pretty much baked brown, but the black gasket itself is fine.

I think the "chrome" locking strip is way more important than the gasket. Most of the time, the rubber gasket can be reused with very little issue. The "chrome" locking strip might be reuseable (not tried) but just gets tacky looking (ugly) over time.
