It is that time of year again. TIME TO MAKE CABBAGE!

Ingredients:

1 Cabbage
2 Turnips
Several carrots
Pepper Bacon
Lots of pepper and Garlic
Beer ( Preferable Irish pale ale or Blond) as much as your cooking pot will hold with the other stuff in it

Cook all day or until you go blind from the smell. Note: Paint peeling on your neighbor's house is expected and a sign you are doing it right

That is heaven my friends. Wife matched my Cabbage with a Cook's Honey Glazed Ham. Both the ham and cabbage were smooth as butter.

Never tried cabbage like that b4. Will have to wait till the boys are all out, the wife would eat it but not them....
