F body=m body

Do suspension parts(shocks front and rear) and brake parts(calipers, rotors, hub bearings) interchange between F and M bodies? I came across some extra F body parts that are tagged 76-79. Would like to use them on my new 81 Diplomat. Thanks

yes.

I think wagons have a few things different like 8 1/4 standard, stronger leaf springs...
may as well be tagged 1976-1989

I know the rotors do from experience. So I imagine the rest do also.
