Firm Feel - has anyone been able to make contact?

Is Firm Feel still operational? I have reached out several times over the last month through their website + calls, with no replies. Is there an alternate means of contact someone on the board is aware of? I hope everything is OK out there...

Their web site doesn't work either. Firmfeel.com goes to something about Shopify, and domain not properly configured.

Edit: All of a sudden, now the site works again.
