Are the KB pistons forged? What is the compression height? Pin diameter? What rings to use? Are they 1/16-1/16-3/16? How much ware? And have they collapsed at the skirt?

That car was and still is for sale as a roller located in Detroit Michigan. It is back halved and has factory front suspension. The B1 Koffel engine is out of the car.

I tried buying this Mirada years ago when it was for sale on YellowBullet. And also tried agian when the car was listed on CRAIGslist.
The seller refused to provide recent pics.
I informed the seller that I got cash in hand and will be traveling over 700 miles one way, and need recent pics to start the ball rolling.
Never got a recent pic. Dealing on CL is shady, and the car is in the 313. As in Eminem and the 8th Mile, Detroit. Not the best of areas. LOL

And the car did a 9 sec pass with a B1 big block. Race weight was around 3750.

Ollywood, do you know this car? Thanks

The Mirada was listed on Detroit CL. Im 99% sure the owner lives in the suburbs.

I remember seeing the car run @ Milans Heads Up Races on the 1st fri of the month a few years ago.

I met the guy last year @ No ET. The driveline was relocated in a Mustang running a small tire. I don't have direct contact with him. I think I may know somebody who can contact him. Let me know if you want me to pursue this.

Another option for you. I do have a good friend who makes weekly trips picking up and delivering cars to and from the east coast to michigan.
