trying to figure out how i can put my florescent lights on some sorta track on the ceiling so i can just move them where its most needed,any help?

attach some light weight unistrut channels to the ceiling..use some flat square unistrut nuts and a eyebolt through the center unistrut nut and then attach a chain to it and the lamp..one for each end of the lamp...use 14/3 SO cord for the electric supply...it's that black flexable cable..

HomeDepot sells a 4' shop light that has a 6' cord with plug.
They come wih 2 6" chains and S hooks to hang them.
Maybe get some S hooks for your lights?
