What does cut and rubbed mean?

I think he means sanding and buffing the paint. Usually you start by wet block sanding with 1,200 grit, then again with 1,500, followed by 2,000 grit and possibly 3,000 grit. Then you do the buffing process with various types of buffing pads and polishing liquid or liquids, depending on which system you use. That way the paint is smooth as glass with no orange peel. It also takes care of minor dirt specks or other "oops" in the process. It's a long,tedious job but in the end, worth every hour and sore arm.

What color interior?Are you putting the factory stripes on it?

It has the red interior with the factory stripe kit for a 79 Roadrunner. That car looks good even without the rub down

Long process definitely paying off it looks great with out wet sanding and buffingme and my buddy Jeff have been working on it all day and night the last 2 weeks
