My '79 Aspen R/T needs full exhaust. Flow tech headers as good as the rest? Have TTI for my '72 340 Duster. But the FFI site says the fast ratio pitman and idler will not clear with TTI on the F-Body.
The Schumacher headers are pricey but worth every penny (IMO). Have the big block versions on my Aspen, fit perfectly and with the thick flange and heavy gauge tubing they absolutely do not leak. Plus with the ceramic coating, look darn good too! I would assume their small block ones are built to the same standards.
Hooker Competition headers, #5901...nice thick flange, no complaints...I've had these stripped and re-coated with thermal barrier coating...good finish, done locally here.
