Isn't the head light bucket molded into the grill facia assembly? If so, You can contact a local body shop thet does urethane bumper repair and they can plastic weld it back in place for you or you can get some 3M panel adhesive and bond it back in place with a bit of re-enforcement added in behind it.

The headlight buckets are bolted to the fasia. After gettingf it off, i found out both sides are connected with a support piece that runs across. I do have a few cracks in the fasia with some warping in in a few spots, so I might try and find a complete fasia with the buckets, if I cant find a way to repair the cracked the bucket.

I will be at Chrysler at Carlisle and can bring a nose, V8 K frame and rt window. 100 bucks.
