Just caught the news and the Canadian Prime Minister is holding a joing press conference with the United States (please go away soon) President.

You know he has played golf 14 times in the last 20 days.

So either his pms has kicked in to overdrive or he is cycling through another deep depression. Last time this happened we wound up with 2,500 pages of an unread bill voted on and passed by our 'leadership'.

Its a joke.

I think he's what they call "phoning it in". We used to call it "senioritis" in High School. The last few months before graduation when a senior would come down with a mysterious illness and miss a bunch of school.
