Hello All,

Trying to determine which idler arm I have in my vehicle ('88 Plymouth AHB). Mine does not have grease fittings on either end. The end that bolts to the K frame has what appears to be a Nylon bushing. The other end that connects to the centre link has sealed ball joint. All the after market idler arms have grease fittings on each end and are flagged 'w/o Police / Taxi Packages'.

Having said all that, no one carries a 'Police / Taxi' version of the idler arm so I assume I can use the standard item; i.e. Moog K7086.

Any thoughts? Let me know if a picture of my idler arm would help?

I've got the TRW 18795 on my coupe and it looks like this one here => https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/K~cAAOSwkpxdMh7B/s-l400.jpg

The difference, AFAIK, comes from the way the arm is positioned in the K-frame mounting bracket somewhat more 'positively'.

My Moog Sep_2004 F3844 parts catalog does not show the Police & Taxi models.

Good news is that you can readily find the TRW 18795 on eBag, etc...
