interior computer part name?

Hi guys, I recently tore apart the dash of my doba suspecting a mouse hotel, and found one. However after reassembling everything my windows, wipers, and a few other minor things are not working, and there is a strange sound coming out of the "computer" under the dash.

First step in finding this part is knowing the name, can any one help me out? There are two small control units behind instrument panel on far left side, two harnesses plug into it, directly behind the headlight switch. I am sorry I don't have pictures.

Help please.

Color of the components and wire count on the plugs that attach will help.
Do you have delay/ intermittent wipers?
I believe the control box for that is gray

Nevermind, just crappy workmanship. One dash plug was partially loose causing the guage issues, and I found one ground wire that I missed, once grounded everything worked. Thanks for your help.
