Thanks all, My Frank is still injected and it goes down the road, hope to meet other Imp owners with knowledge on how to keep the few remaining injected cars on the road, and maybe some spare parts.

There used to be more than one dam there. It was named when the settlers came in. The creek which used to run through town was clogged with dams.

Those dams were torn down and the creek was used for mills.

The little town proper has maybe, a few hundred folks. The Beaver Dams area in my neck of the woods now expands out to all the rural areas inside the Beaver Dams zip code. Inside the zip code? A couple of thousand, maybe? Your Beaver Dam actually has more people than my entire county.

I tend to get attached to my cars and just add to the collection, taken 43 years to get to eleven was up to twelve but sold my 73 Imp coupe with sun roof after owning it for 32 years! Its now in Isreal Now I have sellers remorse when I see it on C bodies. I have a brother in law that's as bad as me only worse, he and his son have about 30 cars mostly Chryslers and Porshes, we fill up the barn in the winter I can store four in my converted old horse barn and park seven in my drive in the summer with car covers! I sreriously need to downsize. But how do you part with family! Having a very tolerant wife Kathy, helps too!!

Thanks all! My cars and I go back a long way, the 49 Ford was my first car, bought in 70 for $250.00. Its still pretty much as it was back in high school and will turn 100K this summer on its original flathead that's never been apart, I'm the second owner! Here are some more pictures of my collection.
