Anyone know if a 10" wide wheel w/ 5"bs and a mickey thompson 26-12.5-15 will fit under a j body without clearance issues? I found a good price on a pair, and would like the extra traction at the strip for Modoba.

I use centerlines ,15 x 8 1/2,backspace is around 4 1/2.I run hoosier 9 X 30 radial stock eliminator slicks.I had to hammer in the curve in the wheel tub at the front. Also rolled the wheel lips under.I would have preferred to weld in a half inch tube to the inside of the wheel lip.If I keep the car I will go back and redo it that way.sooo,IMHO,They should work, but you will need to pay more attention to the outer lip than I did, most likely.

What do you mean,"rolled the wheel lips under", and weld in 1/2 " tube to inside wheel lip". It sounds like your wheels and tires are more narrow and you still had clearance issues?

I just put the 10 spoke factory rallys on my 80 Lebaron Coupe
and the rears came with Mickey Thompson L60s.
I didnt think they would fit, they do and look great.
