methed up prices

I'm thinking he accidentally added an extra zero to the price? Should maybe be $250? Seriously, it's rotted, half of it's missing, looks like a plain jane SE model.

Says it has most of the interior but with the missing door glass and the car shoved out in the weeds, how good could any of it be?

"But I saw one sell for $28,000 on Barrett-Jackson"
Always makes me think, paid a whole $700 for mine in 1987. Complete driving car, very little rust, mint interior (except it was red with red plaid seat inserts, yuk) Sunrise w/décor pkg and 72,000 miles and he wants $2,500 for barely even parts car.

Of course, I paid $700 for my first car back in 1981 (1970 Barracuda Gran Coupe) and the same car in the same condition now would go for $10,000 but it's not really the same thing I suppose.

Five years ago I paid $600 for the greatest daily driver I've ever had. I did shocks, water pump, hoses, rad and fuel pump and have put just under 40,000 miles on it.

$2500 for a rotten parts car is ridiculous.

Back in the mid '80's I paid a whopping $100 for a '73 Satellite Sebring Plus with only a little rot in the 1/4's. Put on new tires and had dual exhaust bent up for it. Other than normal maintenance (oil/filter, brakes, etc) put almost 60,000 trouble free miles on it. Rot did do it in in the end (right front subframe rail gave up the ghost and the right rear k-frame mount wasn't anymore) but about 5 years and 60,000 miles ain't bad for a hundred dollar car. Miss that car to this day.

I think I met the seller of the mirrors back in December of 13. He had that Edlebrock carb for sale then too. It was off a chevy and did not have the mopar linkage kit, so I passed. He had a 2 car wide / 2 car deep garage. He had a very nice purple Challenger - 70 I think with a 383 possibly. The car was nice but had the Volare' mirrors on it. It looked fine, but the guy had big money and wanted "correct year stuff". If it is the same guy, he was not a bad dude, so I don't understand the price. Maybe 15 bucks? I don't really want mirrors but I will ask.
