Engine is a 323ci small Mopar, MSD ignition, controller, a cam "two steps above RV" backed by a built A999. I'm waiting to learn more specifics too...car is in WA and I'm still in AZ.

Not anymore. It was nothing but a gigantic paperweight. Besides, if I want A/C I've got two cars that have it (Imperial and Mustang). On the bright side, the cruise control worked (last time I drove the car...)

That's the famous Remy-Z! Every time I google 'Mirada', a pic or write up of Bryan's Mirada pops up.

Nice ride!

I like the trunk lid spoiler. Is that custom or is it from a GM or something. I have a Trans Am wing for my t-top car. Mother Mopar must have snuck into GM's design studio when they were drawing that one up.

The spoiler is a complete mystery. I can't find anything about any available spoiler anywhere in catalogs, I've never seen another like it. Same with the "CMX" decal. The spoiler itself is a simple ducktail, made of urethane or whatever they make big rubber things out of (you figure that one out!)

Next...probably bodywork. I have stripped the vinyl roof off, it wasn't bad except around the forward trim band and on the passenger C pillar, where something had fallen onto the car. It's a slow work in progress, at this point I'm just happy to have it running...haven't seen or driven it since December 2010.
