Don't know about you guys, but when I sit down in front of the computer with a cup of coffee I need a little something upbeat to get me moving.

Probably a little heavy for some but this is what gets me going. Saw them live in Chattanooga a couple nights ago and was the best concert Ive ever been to.

Weer All Crazee Now

Every glam metal band that made something of themselves should get on their knees and thank Slade for making it look easy. One of the most overlooked bands in history. They ought to be in the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame! Thanks RAM!

Hey Brem! Guess who Jimmy Page wanted for Zep's frontman before the label brought in Robert Plant?

You're welcome. Check out the cover songs for Slade's original "Cum on Feel the Noize" in a back to back comparison to Quiet Riot's cover.

Fans here in the States definitely don't give the appreciation like they should.

One of the best albums from this era, very underrated- the guitarist/lead sing got testicular cancer and passed away January 2000

Hey! New guy here. Have you heard the Gary Hoey Hocus Pocus cover?
3 Strange days is one of my all time favorite songs. However, I was seriously bummed that the rest of that album is nothing like that song, and IMO, all sounds the same, and weak. Slade is to Quiet Riot, as The Kinks are to Van Halen. Iron Maiden (who I love) made a career of songs that sound like Thin Lizzy's "Emerald".

Driver's Seat- Sniff 'n the Tears
Leah- Donnie Iris
24 Hours Ago- Savatage
Helpless- Metallica
YYZ- Rush
Bury Me- Smashing Pumpkins
Wasted- Def Leppard
