My car two years ago , 6.49 pass

Yep that weird 1/8 racing it was. LOL It converts to about a 10.29 at 128. My car loves the 1/8 mile tracks.

I know the Americans don't do 1/4 mile racing anymore either.
It's all 1/4 mile action here.
Eighth-mile seems to be more of a Southern thing, actually. Every strip within a day's drive of me is quarter-mile. When I lived in the South, there were a lot of eighth-mile tracks; luckily I was close to Atlanta Dragway.
NHRA currently restricts the Top Fuel cars (only) to 1,000 feet, but even those guys might be running quarters again soon. There's a lot of push for it.

Surprised with our goofy government we have't gone to 400 meter racing.
Pretty close - 1/4 mile= 402.3360m

Also when a cars goes off the end of the track, Canadians extend the shut off area instead of going whole full scale rule changes.
Hated when they did that down south.

Well, in many cases (such as Pomona) the shutdown area can't get any longer. Hard to move a freeway, highway, or even a busy street like Fairplex Dr. for one or two fuel events a year. Old Bridge Township, at which Scott Kalitta was killed prompting the "temporary" rule change, has the exact same problem.

Just installed a small shot of Nitrous Oxide on my car . 100 to 250 shot. I figure I will start out with a 150 hp shot and see how it feels. Hopefully I can find out in a couple of weeks.

the 6.49 was on a little 100 shot from before so I hope it goes a little better this time. the MPH was 103 and 60' time was 1.46
