Says Chrysler Marine on the valve covers . So definately boat application .

Also used in irigation pumps, generators, air raid sirens, I've even seen one of those in an M-body once.

Looks close, these are 354's from both from a boat one reg rotation the other rev. In the early stages of a wild build!
