Kept it Mopar of course! 2013 Dodge Charger SXT-Plus with the Blacktop package. 300 horse V6, 8spd auto with paddle shifters. I see speeding tickets in me and my wife's future.....

Sweet ride!
I've heard great things about the new six.
Give us the road report after your first good run..
Or first speeding ticket...
Whichever comes first. :icon_thumright:

Redmond has an unmarked unit that looks eerily similar!

I figure the reason he hasn't posted on it since is cause
A) he's out ripping around in it,
Or B) he's in jail explaining to the jp
"No Sir, I do not think this is Indianapolis". :happy7:

I'm going to get the rear spoiler painted black, and get some black stripes in the door coves and on the hood also. This thing howels when you nail it, but is as quiet as a library cruising in 8th (!) gear. At 70 mph its only turning something like 1300 rpm. Got a year of Sirris satellite radio. May have to continue when its over. What sucks is my house payment is less than the car payments! Here it is in the garage with my 5th...

Looking at the two cars side by side, the Charger is BIG! About the same weight though. Eric, Robin and I where looking at the Challengers before settling on this. Nice cars. The SRT8's are just awesome, Challenger or Charger.
Funny thing. It wasn't me who was the first to get some scratch from the tires and push it on the back roads... It was my wife! Seeing her with a big cheesy smile was worth it.

Been driving it every day. This car makes my Lexus seem like a dump truck, and my wifes Saturn an earth mover. Doesn't have the sound and feel of the 5th, but it does everything so much better. Pretty amazing car and value for the money. Even a base model Charger I drove was a nice car. Compaired to what Ford and GM offers, this is, to me, the best full size car out there.

I knew you'd be driving it like crazy.
Gorgeous looking ride.
I love the plain jane look.
No markings.
Super nice.
I was worried though.
I figured you parking the new one and the 5th side by side like that
They might get it on and you'd wind up with a new Dart in your garage. :happy7:

2013 SRT Magnum or so it seems

This was on Craigs in Maryland. Has the 6.1. Started life as a SRT Magnum 6.1. They grafted the new Charger front on it. I know a guy locally with an R/T Magnum with a 2007 charger front end- it was a straight bolt on, according to him. This might be a little more effort. Did I say, I dig custom mopars. I may have to grab a magnum.

Wife just slapped me upside the head..... that is a 2007 SRT front end and not the newer charger front..... my mistake- sorry.
