Hello everyone! I know your forum is called FMJ Bodies Only, but it was suggested to me from another source to check out and join your forum. I actually have a G body 84' Dodge Daytona turbo z but was hoping being on here that it might lead to solving some of my current parts locator issues. Open to anyone that has any NOS for this car, but right now really need to find the outside driver's seat latch mechanism, p/n #4290731. Still love all year and make Mopars so will enjoy seeing what's posted for threads.
 
The odd ball parts are the most fun to search for. If you can't find help here, try some of the other Mopar sites and Facebook, just be careful of the scammers. Knock on wood, I haven't been scammed, but I've needed some parts for my car and have had decent luck on here and FB. There are people willing to go to junkyards in their area to get the parts you need, so good luck finding your parts and those people.
 
Actually was able to find the latch mechanism NOS at a Dodge dealer through a Mopar part link locator service another member sent me. Was very happy to have gotten the help.
 
Thank you. I will be posting new pics very soon. Mine has been out of commission for the last 3 1/2 years and, for the first time last week has been started up. I had the front suspension and steering rebuilt and ditched the learn burn system for Holley EFI. I have a few videos up on YouTube and Rumble, but none of the car running with the Sniper system installed. She sounded strong and sweet. It was a Florida car till I bought it and had it shipped to Ohio.
 
That's why I finally had to go south to find mine. Everything around here, if you found one, was pretty much a rot box.
