Location
SAPULPA, OK.
Due to Covid, I got a late start on assembling the engine.
Had it freshened in the off season, rings, main bearings, timing set & cylinder heads.
Re-used the rod bearings, none available.
Didn't get the engine completed until last Saturday, the son got it installed last Sunday.
I set the timing & he loaded it in the trailer.
He traveled to our first divisional race at Bellerose, LA for this weekend.
Well, the car was real fast out of the box.
Running as quick as 1.10 under our index, clicking off at the MPH cone, good enough to qualify 2nd in Stock eliminator.
However, got beat in the second round today.
Ready to make adjustments & get ready for the next race.

What engine/Class.

Two Hits of 1.00+ in any class it is legal for = Will Trigger a HP review and adjustment at
end of year if average is .85 under or more. Only runs .65+ under will count
for average.

We have been running Aspen Stockers for 20 years plus and we are VERY careful to protect
our horsepower combos.
