nos super coupe gas casp

There was a guy at Carlisle in 2013 who had a few "homemade" or mock up supercoupe gas caps. I did not get contact info, but I remember these were rubber? or some type of black soft material on a metal gas cap.

If Phil's making re pops I'd be more inclined to buy his.
Even though the NOS ones are pretty plastic gets brittle with that many years.
 
Very true.
I guess if you buy the repop you need the metal parts from the old one....

was sure phil,s had all the parts. thought he used new gas caps and transfered the metal back to his new ones?
 
No sense in me buying a new cap & reselling it when they can get one @ there cost @ there own parts store. Or just take the metat off there stock cap!
 
Not on vacation so no breakfast beers here! Besides it would be Old Mil as 1st choice.
