Paper found in 1976 Aspen

Hello guys I have recently found this interesting piece of paper while removing the headliner.. from the original Paint job.

Does it contain any useful info other than the year 1975; original two tone y9 y5 color codes; is from Hamtramck assy plant?

What a nice little find.

Original Broadcast sheet is nowhere to be found, tho.

Agree, nice find...but other than the callout of the paint code, and a mark of '3' in the 'PAINT INTERIOR' chart, which implies 'SHY or THIN' as a defect, I don't know what to make of that check sheet.
