It's the clip that holds the top of the headlight up, what's the name of it and how hard is it to find?

Chrysler calls the part pictured "SCREW, Nut, Sealed Beam Unit". The original part number for a 1985 Gran Fury is 3868985 (superseded by 5201359). The aftermarket calls them "headlight adjustment screw", "headlight adjuster", "headlamp adjuster", or similar.
According to Dorman, their number 42188 or 700010 is a replacement, plus 42187 is also a replacement, but it's a multi-fit kit with two styles. Some restoration places carry a few, mostly for earlier cars.
Dorman's older stuff, including the "Help!" line prior to them acquiring it, is better than the newer products. The current parts seem to have a lot of negative reviews about breakage.
Auveco 3009R is a replacement for 3868985. These are better quality than Dorman. 11848 is an old Auveco number that is apparently discontinued, but might be found.
I've had mixed success using some aftermarket adjusters. Some are too small, or don't otherwise fit right. I've pulled many original pieces over the years and saved them if good, so I usually use those.
