Are there now a good adjustable race front shock for the Volare/Aspen.

I had to modify our Stock and Superstock to use A body shocks
and there was still no room for adjustment knob on adjustable shock.
Not that I'm aware of.
I'm not a big fan of the transverse front ends, I prefer the A-body stuff.

The guy you sold it to is who I bought it from.
Phillip is a Character but a very nice guy!
When it comes to slowing down a car a couple tenths=
A weight box in the trunk with 100 lbs. or more will do the trick
for a easy way to slow the car down. Also pull 8 or 10 degrees timing
will do it - But may make the car a bit lazy on the leave.

Had a 120lbs in it, but Div4 started popping us for the extra weight.
Were told that it could only contain 75lbs.
I bolted in a lead bar to get back to the weight we run at in bracket mode.

Yea, Phillip is a good guy.
As heavy as we run, I like to keep my timing where its at.

Rules say 100 lbs. for box and ballast in it total.

We make bolt in weight bars for the trunk. Square tubing
filled with lead. We are a trailer mamufacturer, lots of tubing
around here.

Some guys have a false bottom in their weight boxes = rumor
has it.
