Please help identify this Mopar wiring/engine harness!!

My guess is that it is for a 1980's something engine forward wiring harness..what is wierd is that it has an ECU plug and that diagnostics plug

How about an 80 Plymouth Volare....it has a square hole....my 77 Aspen has the round hole with the rubber condom..
