Ashes to ashes.
Rust to rust.
Eventually they'll turn to dust.

The Red one could be saved

the red one was saved. A friend bought it, stored it at my place for a time, and someone from Detroit area got it.

So at least one of them lives on. BTW, where'd the picture come from? I took that myself. Just wondering. Things sure get around.

I notice the red one doesn't have the fender vents, is that a one-year-only trim item? I'd like to have a set of those.

Cordoba's never came with fender vents, this includes the Imperial's too.
All Mirada's have them.

The fenders are interchangable.

Yeah buddy! That one is a Cordoba LS. The red, white and blue emblem is below the opra window.
The LS and Mirada share the same hood too.

Rumor has it, in regard to the the last pic of the maroon Mirada it had the dual exhaust, 360 and was a CMX...defiantly worth tracking down and saving but I can't find any info on the pic or location.
As for the other Mirada's pictured, I managed to find out the locations/yards they were photographed in....all have sadly been crushed long ago.
Good to see the Cordoba made it.
