Ram Charger steering wheel

I think some of the truck/van stuff is different a little different but I don't know which years. It might work. It might not. It depends if it has that later Chrysler column that came out in the late 80s on some vehicles

what color are you looking for, sometimes interior stuff pops up around here in good shape (we don't get the sun Southern and Western states get)

Anything's better than this! I keep burning my fingers... IMG_20260814_200058223.jpg

The answer to the question is yes a 1989 Ram Charger steering wheel will fit an M body steering column perfectly, at least an '84 M column with tilt (and yes I know I need to clean the wheel!) IMG_20260815_144956116.jpg

There is only a few differences in steering wheels from early to mid 60's to about '90. Air bag steering wheels will fit but no provision for electrical hookup for air bag (or vice-versa).

I had put a '69 wood-grained 3-spoke steering wheel on my '87 for a short time. It did not look correct, the outside diameter was bit large (hard to get in/out of car with it on), and the inside diameter of wheel hub was too small for the '87 steering column, by about an inch. You could see the innards of the steering column, pretty clearly, with the older wheel on it. Functionally, it worked fine, including the horn.

I do know the Tuff Wheel fits a '70-80s pickup just fine - but the outer diameter of the steering wheel is a lot smaller, so can cause you to work harder in a slow turn (and looks a bit out of place).
