Look at the gras/lawn in the upper right corner.
Either they used a damn good camera with extremely short shutter time for that quite dark image (you're moving like 23 inches each hundredth of a second!)

The math works out with a 3.09 gear, .67 OD and 28.7" tire. 3200 rpm as it looks like on the tach.
The 3.09 gear is optional. Standard is 2.62 which yields 2700ish. The first gear is a crazy low 5:1.

There is a certain foolish demographic that loves to muck up a nice new SRT cars with added decals and use the mucked up cars to make inner city ghetto drifting vids for you tube, yes some of our F-s may look a bit goofy with the stripe combos but thats how they came and we embrace them.
