Near mint red (maroon?) tuff wheel with all horn components. Colored wrapping is not loose anywhere. No fading, cuts, tears, or rubbed thru areas On wrapping. No rust, pits, or scratches in spoke face. Plasti chrome on horn button has flaws as shown in pics. Prefer Paypal F&F or add 3%. Found an NOS one with no horn parts recently for $900 and I honestly think this one is nicer. $300 shipped in continental U.S.
