I will be reproducing weather-strips for various Mopar vehicles.
I have found a place here locally that is doing them. I will be first
doing convertible and 2 door parts. Specifically, t-top, sunroof, and
convertible specific parts. The rest will come later.
This will include the belt, door, trunk, etc. weather-strips too. Complete
packages for these will run about 250 to 300 dollars depending on the
model/year. I have some NOS and used parts for the vendor to use.
As the project progresses, I will post updates. I do not expect any of these
to be ready until August.

Very cool.

The listing was started on April 1, so I can see April fools day - maybe - but the follow up yesterday has me wondering.
Any thoughts about 4-door versions?
I would think the more-door cars would be more expensive (more material used) - but would be a good seller.

Just got a call from the place that was doing these. Due to an electrical related fire some of the
equipment was damaged as were the molds. So that being said it might be never or a long time
before anything happens.

Will that eventually include the 4-door M-bodies? I also have a '76 4-door Coronet that could stand to have some side window wipers replaced, as well as my '87 Fifth Ave. & '87 Diplomat.

Man, that bites. Hopefully you and the shop can get the wheels rolling again. I see quite the boom on social media of people buying and restoring/building these cars.
