What F, M or J Body do you own?:
    76 Volare/440
I built my Volare in the mid to late 80s with a 9.5 -1 452 440, 727 and a 8 3/4 with 4.86s I managed to get a few 11.50 times. The car had been on a diet so with a cage 440 and 727 etc it was at 3200 lbs. In 1990 Mopar listed a 4.15 crank for the 440 so I ordered it. One year later I got the crank in the middle of a divorce, yes, lets build a motor.

So here's were I skipped forward twenty-five years, the 500ninch motor was a butt kicker ( 10s ) but the 12.5 cr ment race gas ans limited street time.
But back to now, the 500 was fresh'nd up at th end of 94 but never run, so I tore it apart and clean it up, H beam rods, 2.18 intake valves in the in the 915 heads. With the smallest cam the motor has ever seen it made 645 hp and 625 tq on e-85.
My plan is to run it with mufflers and DOT tires against the tuner cars in the street class at the local track.
