Only ACC is making them. Go with whoever you want to use on ebay to save money. I haven't bought the rubber floor but my experience has always been what you buy on ebay will be drop shipped directly from ACC.

I dont know about rubber flooring, but I removed the carpets from my service wagon, and covered the floor pans with dupli color's truck bed paint. so I can just hose it out, and block/prevent rust
