Ive got one but I don't know the numbers on it. It is on a 78 volare IIRC. I can't check on it until i get back home in sept. but I'm pretty sure it's complete. I can check when I get back. I also have a brand new Offy 4 bbl with adapter plate that I could probably talked out of ....for a price
