The FMJ Weather Channel

Well, I'm responding an hour after you posted, but it's already 21° here on its way to a predicted 35°. We're actually expected to be above freezing for a high all week, but not by much. I won't exacty be hosting a luau... but the heated garage means I can keep going on my various projects.

Heated garage.......so jealous.
It's cold here today. Hanging right around freezing and murky. They're talking about the S word for tomorrow.

Hey, I shop real estate well. It came with a house! :D

Literally, it was on my "must have" or "must be able to do easily" list when I bought this dump. The previous owner updated to natural gas heat, and moved the house furnace into the garage.

Without a heated garage, I'd go insane! Maybe should say, more insane, lol.
Guess the forecast is about as good as a person could hope for considering December starts in less than 2 days. Think I said this already but last year the snow was knee deep and the highs were in the low to mid teens. This is much better :)

Reminds me of a place I looked at before I moved here.
2200 sq ft shop with a 220 sq ft office and a 860 sq ft finished loft.
BTW, a 5 bedroom house came with it.

LOL, I have a 2 car garage and between the dusty Aspen and all the F/M parts and tools, there goes the room.

First thing that got built when I bought my house, the big (24x30) garage. Biggest that zoning allowed. The small (12x25), one car attached garage has heat but I rarely turn it on. It's electric (came with the house) and when you turn it on, the wheel in the electric meter almost grenades it's spinning so fast, lol. Figure the big garage with natural gas heat cost about $20/month on the coldest month to keep it a constant 70 degrees (it's insulated REALLY good).
Here they go again. Predicting a snowstorm and it was supposed to be here by now. Only had a little rain earlier and high 30's. Hopefully, this one misses us also. Fingers crossed.

If a big lotto win is in the near future, the former Chrysler dealership sits empty.
Lots of space!

So I can put the scraper away and by Sat we will be pushing near 50F and sun.
Sunset at 4:45 sucks now.

29° and deceptively sunny, rockin' our way to a semi-sunny expected high of 37°. It ain't July but it ain't February either! :)

Got an inch of that white stuff last night but at least half of it is gone already. Roads are bone dry this evening. By the weekend, it'll all be gone. Forecast is for low to mid 40's and sunny. For December, that ain't too shabby!
One bad part. They salted :( My black Dakota sort of changed colors towards white at some point this morning on the way to work. Son of a.....................

I cringe when the salt trucks are on the road.
Sometimes they throw on so much, you start to think about French fries.

No snow in Dec and pushing 50F and sun for the weekend.
And not a single polar bear sighting yet.
Tracker still shows them 550 miles N/W from here.
And there's lots there.

'Twas a lovely sunny day over 40° here today. I desperately wanted to leave work early but wasn't able. Went on a delivery, and a mechanic I've known since high school was outside looking at a customer's car. I yelled to him, "Jesse! Take off that jacket! You'll catch your death of warm out here!" :D

Don't feel too bad Dr., around here at 4:45pm it's pitch black out already. Sunset today was 4:12pm. On the plus side, it comes back up at 7:18am. Oh wait, that's no plus. Drive to work in the dark, drive home in the dark.....................sigh.
The real plus side is, no snow or rain or sleet or anything for at least the next 7 days and temps in the low 40's(!!!!!!!)

WOW! 4:12? That's early! Usually here its 5:115-5:30 suns back at 7:30. That the perfect time to peek out form the mountains as I have to drive uphill and to the east for 5 miles to work. I'm glad my visors work.
