This guy is hilarious!

I saw him when he was on the show, I about fell out of my chair. Sooooo wasn't expecting that.....lol
 
I'd never heard of him (or the show) before. Seems he's got other songs too. Sadly, he passed away less than 2 weeks ago.
 
Oh man, that's too bad. He seemed like he was in good health but he was 80 something.
 
OK, I got curious and looked it up. Seems he wrote songs for TV shows like Dean Martin, Carol Burnett, Smothers Brothers, Love Boat, etc...and was also a TV writer both comedic and drama as well as writing songs for Broadway shows and there was something about him being a TV producer too. Full life and yes, he was 85 years old.
