Unable to update "For Sale" Status

Greetings: I'm having trouble with a For-Sale listing. I'd like to adjust it to have the prefix "Sold" at this time. Also, several of the threads from the conversation have gone missing.

we're having server issues, which is why your seeing threads missing. As far as the for sale listing, its closed, no need to mark it sold.

Sense the last forum update (two months ago?), It seams only a moderator is able to update a thread from "For Sale" to "Sold".

I have been marking threads as "Sold" if advised as such, or if there is notification in the thread that they are sold (or closed).
