OK, someone bought the engine which will be removed on Monday, my understanding is they'll still be keeping her for a little while. Anyway, I took some pictures of the undercarriage while she was up in the air to show how nice she is (sorry they aren't better I was in a hurry) Check out those mint frame rails!

We threw a cheap battery in and took a few quick videos that show various things working, but it won't let me upload anything so here's what works: both power seats, the driver's side window and the right rear passenger window, the front passenger window seems to work but is off track. The radio and tape deck work but the heads need to be cleaned, and a few buttons don't work, the trunk release works too. The gauges seem to work. My understanding is the A/C did work but someone bought the A/C controls afew months ago so no way to check

The windshield wipers don't work: broken grommet(s) (surprise, surprise) the power door locks are too weak to lock or unlock the doors and the left rear window doesn't work at all

The headliner, floor insulation, trunk weather stripping, truck/glovebox locks, a/c control, the turn signal/cruse control lever, a/b/c pillars and the sunvisors have been taken, everything else is there. The only broken parts are the trim below the gauges, fuse box door and part of the steering column. Everything else inside is nice, real nice! The seats look practically new, the carpet is very soft, the dashboard is like new, the list goes on, I'll take some interior pictures on Monday. Please someone save some of this stuff, or just buy the whole car as you can see from the first pictures the undercarriage is great, so is the rest of the body, if you have any questions or want specific pictures or videos let me know

Power antenna? Cruise control module (I can see it under the hood-do you know if it works?) I assume the idle solenoid is going with the carb/engine?

The power antenna is broken: the motor seems to work, but it won't go up or down. I have no idea if the cruise control works, but the module is still there, nothings been cut. The engine left today the carb was still attached (air cleaner housing and lean burn went with it too)

I'd like the passenger side power seat with controls and both plug ends/wiring so I can convert my car to all power seats in the front.
If its easier to just pull both seats with the plugs, rails, and electric -- let me know and we can work it out.
Assuming my husband gets out of the hospital next month, I'd like to give him hope that he will have a way to more easily adjust the passenger seat.
PM me and we can work out the details.

Here's more pictures of the interior IMG_20210716_083916.jpgIMG_20210716_083746.jpgIMG_20210716_083944.jpgIMG_20210716_084008.jpgIMG_20210716_083742.jpgIMG_20210716_084801.jpgIMG_20210716_083855.jpgIMG_20210716_084013.jpgIMG_20210716_084628.jpgIMG_20210716_084620.jpg

...and some more, check out the ash trays, clearly this car wasn't smoked in! Strange that such a loaded car came with a compact spare tire

I've been looking for a replacement stereo with tape deck for my '82 Gran Fury. Does yours work? I'd be interested in it if so. Additionally I also need a replacement interior door handle (the chrome ones). Let me know if available, cost, etc. Thanks!

An '82 would have different plugs, I used to have an '82 Fifth Avenue, and got a radio from a later Fifth Ave and had to wire in the later plugs ('84-'02 style) to make it work. I gave the radio a quick test before they took the engine out: I didn't test all the buttons but it can go from AM to FM fine, and can change stations at least from the tuning knob, and the tape deck works, but the heads need to be cleaned. If your interested I can plug the radio into The Cherry Bomb and make sure everything works, I'll even clean the tape deck heads for you, let me know. Which door handle do you need? It has all of them.

Dan, is this vehicle still available for parts? If so I'll give the link to an unfortunate Fifth Avenue owner who was involved in an accident recently and is hoping to save his ride. Thanks.
