Looks like it might be a true original low miles car. Seller should install a new fuel pump if that's all that's wrong. Simple low cost fix making it drivable.
"I have a 1977 Plymouth Volarie with less than 39,000 original miles on it.It has the slant six, a/c, manual windows. The seats and carpet are in good shape.It needs a fuel pump (will crank if gas is poured down the carburetor), needs tires and the front bumper filler is missing and it needs new tires.It belonged to an elderly gentleman before the family sold it to fund his care.The price will go up as I make the needed repairs. Old school simple car"
