Walter P Chrysler Museum closing

The Walter P Chrysler Museum in Auburn Hills is closing at the end of this month. For years I've been thinking about going but never got around to it. Last Friday I found out about the closing on FABO. I went yesterday. What a beautiful place. Very sad. If you want to go, you better go quickly.:sad10:

Is there any reasons given for the closing? (other than I assume is money) Doesnt seem wise to have a facility like that to close, looks like that will be costly to.. disposal of the cars/items or storage and then the building itself to just set and go to hell...:sad3:

It has been loosing money for the last two or three years.They say they will keep the cars and use them for individual shows. Too bad they can't reduce the advertising budget on Grand Caravans, and put the money towards saving the museum.
