That's the outfit that supplies our natural gas and electricity here. They are required by law to change your gas meter every few years and I made the appt. for today at 12:30. Unlike the cable company, it was exactly 12:34pm and I heard the van backing in the driveway. Now that's what customer service is all about. On time(!) I would understand if they were late, you never know if they'll run into a problem with a meter change earlier in the day. Now, if you had a doctor's appointment at 8am, if only you would be in the room at 8am!
