The biggest factor after a Lada being a POS is, I couldn't afford to pay $27,000 for any car, to be honest.

I have been watching Top Gear (UK version) on Netflix recently. I do watch a lot of automotive related shows and that show is now my favorite. It is both informative and very entertaining to watch.
The US version I hadn’t seen yet – so can’t comment there.

They do show pictures of some of these cars on it – without many (if any) positive comments on them.

I do not have any comments about them good or bad for I have no experience with them.
That said, even if one was to fall into my lap – I wouldn’t keep it because I know nothing about them and I’d think parts availability is “nil”.
I wouldn’t think car is even worth $2,000 (US) – but again, I have no idea.
Mopar or no car – is where I stand.

Lots of parts for it in Ukraine. They have factories for them there. I lived there 8 years for some stupid reason. The cool ones are the seventies/eighties Volga. They look like a cross between a 67 Fairlane and late sixties Belvedere. You can buy running ones for a few thousand.
