I know that these things dry out and wear out over time but in my 85' Fifth, I've noticed that the driver side window seal has been the one to tear and slowly shrink now to the point where the top of the window seal is at a quarter of its original length. The other window seals in the car...

What I know for my Model M is it's only the driver side window stripping that is shrinking/drying out, the other windows are fine and I'm really at a loss at what to do, I'm also thinking about getting some black putty or resin. Thoughts?

I don't think I need a complete bumper but I'm now curious as to what UPS would sock to ship one all this way.

Thankfully the bumper stayed completely straight, it appears that the shock is what compressed, and there is a dent on the bumper, but at this point if it will pull out with or without significant force, I am grateful.
