Well Ma Nature did even better than predicted. -11°F here this morning. I loaded up on supplies yesterday. I'm not even going to bother with that crap today.

I went out at 7am to the grocery this morning and the temp was -18F.
Should have waited until this afternoon when it warmed up,,,,,,,,,,,all the way to the forecast high of +4

Looking toward the polar bear fence network and you can see polar bears.
They look dark rather than white in the night pic.

That's what the one remaining old, single pane window I've got looks like Captain. It's a huge picture window in the upstairs bedroom with sliding glass at each end . Non-standard style and size so it needs to be custom built. Minimum of $1,000 so that's why I haven't replaced it yet. Someday................
Got -12F at 8am but at least the sun is out and the wind is about 1 mph or less. Hopefully the forecast is correct. Shows low 30's mid week and low 40's by next weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! About time.

11am and it's still -22c and wind chill -30.
At least the snow stopped and the sun is out.
Lots of shoveling to be done.
No breaches in the polar bear fence network yet.

It snowed more today, but at least the temp went from -20c to -3c.
Pulled the buses at 11 last night and pulling them off at 11 tonight.
I was shoveling yesterday, and took a high noon break.
Left my car on the road at the front of my driveway because 'no plow is going to come at high noon on a Sunday'
Well guess what??

We get to experience the temperature roller coaster for a few days. Better than single digit highs anytime though.
Humidity? Right now ours is 95%. Bet I got you beat, heh-heh.
