Hey just wondering if anyone on here has installed a ticket light in a Civilian Diplomat? Wiring under the headliner? Thanks guys!

No the wiring specifically for it is not there but it uses the same standard power as the dome light with yellow and pink wires so they are up there to tie into.

Hey this picture looks familiar? lol Good to see you're starting to put the light in that I found for you seemed like it took forever to get to you. You might want to try and post this question in the vintage police car group on Facebook as well. I'm sure a few guys on there have this light in their M body cars.

Old thread, yes, but I'm sure you could wire it with the regular dome light. You have power and a ground. I love the ticket writing light. It's way easier to reach the the switch on the dome lights and brighter. Yes, you can use the headlight switch, but I love the super bright ticket writer light and it's convenience.
