That VanZee picture brings back memories. His SS/CA car was the coolest of cool at Eddyville when I started racing there and Cedar Falls in 1979.
Raced a 63 Belvedere Wagon with a 383 then.
Yes life took me to Wyoming in 1982, I still look fondly back at my early days at those two tracks.
