Went to one of the nearby yards today to look around with my 16 yr old kid. No J bodies to be found, or anything Chrysler from the 80's for that matter... but I did stumble across this "Fury" that has a white leather (vinyl?) set of seats that look in great shape.. was wondering if you guys thought they might bolt into my 1980 Cordoba.

I know it's a long shot.. I didn't have my tape measure with me

I would say it's highly doubtful they would bolt in. Besides, the Fury is a 4 door so the seat backs won't fold forward for access to the rear seat.

Yeah, I didn't think about that. I guess they'd look kinda funny in a beige interior anyway. It's a shame that they're in such good shape and going to waste.

Northeast FL. This particular yard has a section of these 50's - 60's cars, then there's a gap... nothing from the 70's or 80's then it starts with the 90's and up stuff

I had to pull the pictures up on my cell phone to look at them.

I would bet a 1 dollar bill (US) that the seat from that early ‘60’s Fury will fit in the holes in your Cordoba.

Now with that said, they will not fold forward.
Also, I would imagine, the seat may sit higher in car, a couple of inches (or so).

Nice find, BTW.

Only a dollar? :D

I figured the bolt holes would be pretty close, if not the same layout.

After thinking about it though, I decided to leave them alone. Someone with a Fury might truly need them.

These would fit pretty well but the backseat bottom seat-cover would need alteration.
This is the "Blue Leather" thread, these seats are going to a Cordoba owner a long way away so they were removed from their metal frames.
