I've going through 2 front suspension rebuilds. One was a New England car and the other from Nevada. Both had the same issue, the clamps that hold the torsion bar bushings will not come apart easily. Usually cut off wheel, air chisel and then welding on some new material. Another solution? Can't find these tabs(both sides).

If you buy a complete bar setup from firm feel, I think you could just replace everything new and not bother tearing apart the old shell. Or am I mistaken and it needs to be done anyway to remove it from the car?

I'm not sure where those are available (or if they are). When I bought mine (around 2002 or so), they were kits from Chrysler and came with the bushing, both halves of the "shell", a new friction plate, the crimp clamps and the bolts. Unsure if you can get them from Mopar anymore.

They aren't listed in the parts catalog, only says "serviced in item 10" which is the t-bar assy. Guessing the field service kit was released sometime later on. If I can find the box, I'll see if the p/n is on it.

CM360, were you talking about the bushings on the end of the bars at the control arm, or the pivot bushings where they're bolted to the k-frame? Maybe I misunderstood.

That's them. For $149.00 on fleabay, I think I'll keep repairing them. This adds to the "F M" body debacle.

That Moog part has been discontinued for a few years now.

The Moog bushing has been discontinued from the manufacturer but there are still some out there. I got two last year.
