Interesting about that Chinese company making reproduction ones - 500 minimum is pretty steep but if they're decent quality it could bring prices back down to earth for everyone.

Those Volare/Aspen fenders might have some demand since rust eats those cars alive, but condition and year range would help determine value.

Yeah that's pretty steep even for genuine Mopar parts - good thing it sold for half that price because $270 is getting into "just live with the worn bushings" territory for most of us.

Sounds like it could be the bands need adjusting since that crooked shop probably never touched them - the intermittent rough shifting especially around those speeds is a classic sign.

Looks like a fair price for OEM, I might need one for my 383. Will see if I manage to find one in my garage this weekend and let you know.

BudW, I never tried these ones, man.... And haven't seen these sold. Will check e-bay. I guess I will go on experimenting on different kinds of clamps and will stick to the one after. Thanks for all your help and sharing experience!!!!
